    • the supplier has permanently removed the product;

    • the supplier no longer offers the product;

    • the original listing has been deleted; or

    • the product is confirmed to no longer be available through the supplier.

All issues must be reviewed and verified by Varetti before a refund can be approved.

Where possible, we may first offer assistance, restored access, a replacement product, or another suitable solution before issuing a refund.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Dissatisfaction after the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

  • Failure to read the product description before completing a purchase.

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer.

  • Situations where access has already been delivered successfully.
